Install TikTok Keeper from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, the extension is active by default — no setup required. You'll see an ON badge on the extension icon.
Click the TikTok Keeper icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the popup. Use the toggle switch to enable or disable background playback. When toggled, all TikTok tabs will reload automatically to apply the change.
